Here at at A’lake we believe that the most successful developments are those that bring people along the journey whilst trying as much as possible to not leave people behind.

Housing developments are led by people, built by people and will be inhabited by people. What this means is that people should be at the centre of proposals.

A’lake is able to work with housing developers, investors and the public sector in engaging with local communities to convey key messages, capture views and present our findings. Housing development is something that is considered contentious and this is something we understand hence why we believe having honest and frank conversations with impacted parties is generally appreciated by key stakeholder.

  • Produce a statement of community involvement in aid of planning submissions
